We stand by the high quality and fresh ingredients used to prepare BOûLD Ass Seasoning Co. products, and desire to provide our customers with excellent service. For the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on any orders — opened or unopened.
If you believe your order does not meet our standards of quality, contains an error, or you are otherwise dissatisfied, please contact contact@bouldrubs.com within 30 business days with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos (if necessary).
Please note that BOûLD Ass Seasoning Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. For issues related to delivery, please contact USPS with your tracking number directly.
Refunds will be provided at the sole discretion of BOûLD Ass Seasoning Co., and therefore are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event you are refunded, the refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.
